Our Goodwill Ambassadors are a team of caring and committed Key Stage 4 student leaders who provide peer support and guidance to younger students across Key Stage 3. Acting as positive role models, they offer friendship, encouragement and a listening ear to those who may be experiencing difficulties with friendships, wellbeing or settling into school life. Through regular interactions and informal mentoring, Goodwill Ambassadors help to create a supportive environment where every student feels heard, valued and included. Their work exemplifies the Academy’s values of Compassion and Dignity, ensuring that all members of the school community are treated with kindness and respect. By demonstrating Courage in supporting others and addressing concerns, and showing Respect through fostering positive relationships, they play a vital role in promoting student wellbeing.
